Fabian Martin is currently employed at the University of the West of England, Bristol as a technical assistant to the senior technical instructors and the students. Having just completed a BA Honors degree in Media Practice.
His own personal ambition is to become a trusted Camera Operator within the Media Industry, being versatile and conversant in all styles of cinematography.
There is a range of different camera's and grip equipment he feels competent in operating to gain a visual narrative the Director wants.
He is a very confidant, committed and out going person. Always willing to learn and be taught new creative practices and grasp them quickly.
Being able to work in, or as part of a team is just as an important skill as being good working alone as an individual. Having gained many of these skills through a very focused and personal drive within his own media pathway.
Some of the projects within a range of genres he has worked on include documentary, drama, music video, fashion, film, conference, festival and public service advertisements.
